Time To Call a Spade a Mutha Fu_ _kin' Slave

No matter their class, sex, past deeds, or what they can do in the future because this culture of death must be stopped. It ain't about what white folks call us or what we call each other. Words don't do harm. Get over it. Now. Be an adult. You tell kids, "sticks and stones....." but you get all excited when I call people who are obviously slaves, hoes, and pimps exactly what they are as you and ignore the prison subculture, the culture of violence, the self destructive culture which is rampant in our community and is killing our communities. In doing so we black folk have taken self destruction to high art, a whole 'nover level. No. Let us be mature adults and say this life style marked by the usage of these names and attendant behavior as badges of honor, this culture is killing our community, it is enslaving us to repetition of death and destruction. Don't get mad at the potential of white folks laughing at this page, you are only defrauding yourself. I could care less about about white folks laughing at it. I'm furious that we feed this culture like a memorial plant for a departed loved one. It's time to get mad at those who perpetuate this life style and sell their soul for it, killing hopes and dreams in doing so. Would it really take this life style stealing your actual child for you to admit this? Let's act like a community and be angered for the loss of others... Now, who is a hoe and a pimp? People who sell their bodies. Who is a Thug? People who do harm. You wanna get mad at the words they're called but don't care that their pimpdom, hoedom, and thuggery leads to death (drugs) sold to children, adults and the elderly and physical crimes against law abiding citizens in the black community? Still?! Are you serious? And I mean have you lost your damn mind? No. It's time. Past time. Call a spade a mutha_____in' slave. Next?!!!!

All Time Life Shackler Award

All Time Life Shackler Award
This man single handedly is responsible for the creation of the nuclear bomb in the subliminal war of racism. BET alone is the most powerful weapon of the Shacklers and responsible for the perpetuation of the shackled culture on a level which the True Shacklers could not even dream of--ever. Untold generations will be shackled before what he has created will be undone. In the begining Black Entertainment Television could have been about the creation of programing reminiscient of movies like Three The Hard Way and talk shows in the vein of Like It Is, thereby creating a foundation for the improvement of the visual black media art and even audio black media art. Instead this man chose BullShit Every Time AKA Black Enslavement Television. And the rest is ignoble history which young white males all over the world bear witness to while they find out about their own manhood cause no body do it like BET Hoes. Robert Johnson founder of BET, in the name of your ancestors, I don't care how much money you have. You made every dollar in the name of Sold Out. Here we call a spade a muther fu_ _in' slave. You have the All Time Life Shackler Award. Slave? No, Mutha Fu_ _kin' Slave.

Call a spade a mutha...spade

You have got to see this episode on BET which Viacom pressured Cartoon Network to remove from the line up because they target BET execs. Follow the link because I don't know how long it'll be up.

I think its wonderful that what really started as an all out war on the net against this culture of death--(I was one of the first, if not the first, to create sites dedicated to fighting this evil. A mode which has now been picked up by many) has branched from the virtual world and become reality. One must wonder why it has taken over twenty years....hmmmm. And I've been vehemently opposed to BET from day mutha.... one.

Let's keep callin' a spade a mutha....

Black Enslavement Television is real. And it is on at your home daily.

The reasons are clear. The question is do you know them. They are

American Ganster Niggas and Flies.....

I know it's supposed to be Niggas and flies, them both I despise. The more I hang around shiii..., the more I like flies. Ain't we supposed to be boycotting the N word.?So Why did I just use the word nigga and not boycott? Because the movie doesn't observe the boycott! The word nigga seems to be used in every last, and I mean seems to be used in every las,t scene dominated by the descendants of the African. So where is the umbrage from father Al and the Nigga police? Where is the for shame scream?!!!

What? Are Denzel et al, all of Hollywood and HBO black elite above the same scrutiny leveled at rappers and other writers?

Because of history--a historical treatment?

Right

See and that double standard is exactly why I'm not down with the boycott. Well not just that because we know that I use the word Nigga as a curse upon a person as I believe it should be.

Now if you are going to police yourself, if you are going to lead the people you must be consistent, unflinching. The law must be applied equally. Just as Al Sharpton and the NAACP would surely be talking about me using the N Word on this page if I were on their radar, just as the black media surly screams at every rapper for using the word, they must scream at this flick. Other wise the boycott has no credibility. Which I knew it didn't from the start. And the boycott looks like nothing more than a bunch of political/media opportunist with a collective case of ego-I-tist. Which they are.

Niggas and flies. And can't you just hear my disgust as I say it?

I mean where's Russell? Busy looking at Kamora? Ain't he the one talkin' bout No Nigga in rap?
Where's all the self righteous people who look so foolish?

I'll tell you where they are busy watching the movie looking at Denzel's man boobs. (As an aside--D yo' I'm a fan. But that scene after you got shot surrounded by the fam--not a good look. Join Golds, Ballys or where ever the rich and famous go to tone up yesterday, if you're going to strip to the wife beater on screen.)

And Bra, D, Denzel, Mr. Washington, you a grown man. A grown, very grown man. Far be it from me to tell you, but why? Why? Why? You don't need the money. You been getting 20 mill a flick for a minute. You don't even need to say I'd rather work at Walmart. But you go and do this flick, this piece of blacksploitation with its beautiful images and wonderful music which only serves to further the thug culture undermining our liberation attempts and killing our community. You go and do this. You already did training day. We know you can play a bad ass nigga. Your illustrious work in X got you a pass through Training Day. But for this gratuitous piece of Tom Foolery, behalf of your ancestors and mine I must brand you slave. For all to see, when viewed from the sun. For your efforts in keeping the true nigga culture alive, for selling out to either your ego or your pockets and working to keep the minds of the masses enslaved with your performance art, I brand you and all of you in this movie American Nigger--Gangster Nigger Slaves.

Even though it may break my heart beloved. Even Though I don't want to because I love you all so, your art and body of work. You see I must because I do the ancestor's work. And neither my pocket nor heart must dictate. For if it did I would only be you awaiting a chance to become a slave....to my ego or my pocket. On my knees before my people, although it may seem as if I'm fifty stories in the air to the masses. But those that know....

Know exactly what every one else who has read this piece do....For they look down from the sun where nothing can hide, neither money nor boycott.

A Moment To Pause

So much happens in this world, so many thoughts, so many emotions, so much simply fills me. It is often difficult and few things in this life do in fact give me pause in every sense of the word. But as I watched the box and Hurricane Dean battering our dark brethren, I was instantly transported to the news cast and discussion before Katrina hit. About how they were afraid not every body had the means to get out the way. I remembered an awful sense of dread, a feeling like this is going to be bad and instantly placed my self in their shoes understanding that sense of urgency so that I could use it when God would call upon that spirit within me to save my life and my loved ones. I remembered the news cast from New Orleans so clearly. The reporter was held up in a hotel....

Then I remembered the aftermath and as I have every year I went to read my most successful short piece. E-mailed everywhere at the time by the vast blackness, many found the piece to be provocative and compassionate. Tell every body you know and take a moment to remember with me. Let it give you pause now, so that It may be the only thing which serves you for no earthly thing should you serve.

e-mail this here
to every one you know.

reflect during
your self imposed moment of
silence...
pledging to
remember
and never
forget.....

The Hair JIGGIN'

It's time. Past time. Past, past, time we give up this slavery buffoonery. Hair Salon, Barber Shop. Hair Salon of the Barbershop. Have the idea, take the meeting. Hollywood will give you the money. But that other movie, the one where you have some dignity? The one where the characters are dignified black men and women who tell few jokes like normal human beings? Keep it in ya hip pocket, they ain't fundin' it cause another 21st century slave got another one waitin' in the wings, courtesy of Robert Townsend's mythical and historic Black acting school.(See the movie Hollywood Shuffle for more. And always remember the classic lines: Why we wanna leave Massa? He beats us on Mondee, feeds us on Tuesday. Beats us on Wednesdeee....)

Can't you see it now? Can't you hear the music? Black Actin' School....Every time one a these damn movies like Salon comes out, I think about it....And my damn blood boils....

But I'm blessed cause I remember Sidney Poiter, Ruby Dee, and Harry Belafonte in Buck and The Preacher. Ignore the billing as a comedy, this is one dignified piece of black film makin' where the Brothers and Sistas do they thang. Oh and the dialogue is incredible. The acting is worthy of the awards we haven't created yet. And the scenes?! The incredible shots of the descendants of Africans right after freedom done come and the promises of 40 acres were ignored by the ancestors.(if the literal motherfucker who had raped your women, beat the shit outta you, and otherwise treated you like an object was forced to release you, would you believe they would give you land and a mule? Our ancestors lived hard lives and were practical people. There was no way on God's green earth that any former slave or their progeny believed the Tubarb was giving them a damn thing.)

The stunning shots of Ruby Dee riding hard out across the plain in front of Sidney and Harry! The bank robbery without dialogue?! Genius!!! Incredible!!!!! The music. My ancestors, the Native Americans!!! The negotiations scenes between Buck and the Native American Chief! How history was passed between them, the eloquence, the defiance in every word. "His enemies are our enemies."

This is the type of movie which we should be trying to recreate instead of dancing the HAIR JIG. Which is only the slavery reel to reel of the moment.

Buck against the world. Ruth and Buck against the world. Ruby's stern face against the west wind as they rode....

You have only yourselves to blame....If you didn't participate in your own slavery by giving your money to the re-enslavery monument of the moment, then Holloywood wouldn't give these Jiggers the money for these Jig-fests.

Is it possible that in 2007 and beyond we can finally loose this mentality and put this to bed? I don't know if we can, but I know that we won't, if we continue to support the Hair Salons of the world. For now and forever, let us dream of a world without Jiggers in lights...And is that not a noble dream?

Liberation Soon...

Queen Shackler don't love us

Queen Shackler don\
Black men are non existant for this woman unless they are rich or famous. She will look under a stone for white folk to put on her show and promote them to wealth and fame. The question is do you watch her? And if you do, do you think she cares about how you get yo's whipped every single day while she puts herself on every cover of her magazine? Oprah, think what you really could do for the goals of atonement and the erradication of racism if you used your beacon to show the humanity of the male descendant of the African in this country; for he also is the target of blind racism.(There were male Africans in the Slaver hold) Until you do recognize the unfamous and unrich black male as you do males of every other race, we do not have to call you spade; for your actions brand you, Sista Brotherside and mutha fu_ _kin' Slave.
